These terms govern your use of ClipStash, a macOS clipboard manager developed by Connected. By downloading or using ClipStash, you agree to these terms.

1. License Grant

Free version: You are granted a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ClipStash on any number of personal Macs.

Pro version (License Key): Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ClipStash Pro on up to 3 Macs you personally own. The license is perpetual for the major version purchased.

Pro version (App Store): Your purchase is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) in addition to these terms.

2. Free Trial

ClipStash includes a 7-day free trial of all Pro features. The trial begins on first launch and does not require payment. After the trial expires, Pro features are disabled until you purchase a license.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense ClipStash or your license key
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Share your license key publicly or with others beyond your personal machines
• Use ClipStash for any unlawful purpose

4. License Key Enforcement

License keys are bound to your hardware. Each key supports activation on up to 3 machines. We reserve the right to revoke keys that are shared publicly or used in violation of these terms.

5. Refunds

Direct purchases (LemonSqueezy): We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Contact [email protected] to request a refund.

App Store purchases: Refunds are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Updates

Your license entitles you to free updates within the same major version (e.g., all 1.x updates). Major version upgrades (e.g., 2.0) may require a separate purchase at a discounted upgrade price.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ClipStash is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connected shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ClipStash, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on what data ClipStash collects and how it's handled.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ClipStash after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
